Shipping and Delivery
Our company works with a number of reputable package forwarding/drop-shipping companies based overseas. We do not stock or keep inventory. Your items are shipped from the supplier’s warehouse.
Delivery timeframes are based on the location of the supplier as well as the shipping agents used by the suppliers.
Processing Time
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the post office courier, commercial courier or shipping agent may take up to 4 days to process the orders. Processing involves verifying the orders, inspecting the items and packaging.
Shipping Time
Goods are shipped from the warehouse to their destination. Shipping is handled by the shipping agents used by the suppliers, for example DHL, FedEx, USP, EMS, China Post and TNT Express. Expect 15 to 30 days for international delivery. Delivery by air is much faster than sea, but delivery by sea is more affordable. China to South Africa:
The fastest times you can expect for shipping by air is 1 to 3 days. The fastest times you can expect for shipping by sea is 21 to 26 days.
Express shipping – 3 to 7 days.
Normal shipping – 7 to 12 days.
